Issue with Downloading PDFs and DOCs from Messenger

Hello, I’m experiencing an issue when trying to download PDF and DOC files sent through Messenger. Every time I attempt to open these files, the only available options are Samsung Health and Google. When I try to select Google, it shows an error message saying, “Couldn't load object.”

This problem is significantly affecting my work, and I was hoping to find a solution.

Hello!

Try installing one of these apps: WPS Office, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, or Google PDF Viewer. 

After installing one of these apps, try opening the file from Messenger again, and your phone should give you the option to open it with the newly installed app.
