Thanks, but I tried that but none of the four options are highlighted. I have tried turning off sim 2, hoping that those options would be highlighted but to no avail. It's really daft, because I did this in June after being abroad and managed to do it. I just can't remember what I did differently that meant the said options were highlighted.
