Haven't had the email

Hi,

I registered my interest in the S25 on 9th Jan (and have a screen shot to confirm) and it said I would get an email with a code by 22nd Jan.....but have not had an email. 

Can I do anything ?

Hey, yes I got my code not everyone got their email on time, so do check ur email tomorrow, if it doesn't arrive, please contact Samsung live chat who can help you.

I got my £50 code last night not long after the unpacked event.

Still haven't received the email, so just been onto Live chat and all sorted in a few minutes. They gave me a code to use. Maybe providing them with the exact date I registered sped this up ? Anyway, very happy. 👍
