Good lock cannot connect

I have this problem too

Cannot use good lock on new phone. Says it cannot connect to servers when I open app.

Is this just me or anyone else having the same issue?

Uninstall and restart. Then reinstall worked. Weird that Samsung app store said it was up to date but the version it installed is different in appearance

I've had this randomly with my s24 ultra but it's back to normal now. Possibly a goodlock server issue or an update 🤔

Hey, Please check if you need to update good lock, this can be caused by outdated softwares and bloatware.


2. Try contacting the apps creators, the apps creators email is all I know, sec.systemui@samsung.com.


3. Try reseting good lock, you can go to settings > apps> good lock > storage > Reset Cache And Reset Data

No update in Samsung store and I did data reset. I'm going to try uninstall then reinstall now
