Galaxy s25 series vs s24 basics

I believe the "Galaxy s24 series" is better than the s25 in terms of price and worth buying comparing to specs vs price no major upgrade justifying the price

Having had both the S24 Ultra and the S25 Ultra I can honestly put hand on heart and say the S25 Ultra is in a different league....

1. Cameras far better
2. Image processing much improved
3. Screen is brilliant
4. Battery life vastly improved
5. Speed - S25U is rapid
6. AI is starting to get going

These are just a few examples of where the S25 Ultra excels.

Of course the S24 series is cheaper, it is a year plus old now. S24 Ultra was and still is a very good phone but the cameras for me and many others really underwhelmed.

I suppose it all depends on budget. If there isn't a major financial difference between the 2, taking into account trade in deals, any freebies that you may still be able to get, then the s25 is the one to go for, you won't be disappointed with either, but may feel, that the stretch to s25, is more than worth it.

There is some improvement from S25 to S24, the S25 is more responsive, camera and battery a bit better, but used side by side you could wait another year if you have S24 or you want to buy S24 because it's morr affordable, go for it and wait another year or two as there seems to be some major improvements battery wise at least according to rumours to the next S series.

@tejav_3684  others have given good advice.    certainly the S25 Ultra  is generally considered to be the best Samsung flagship but it will depend on budget and the S24 Ultra may be fine for your needs. To an extent it depends on which device you curently have.

With various recent Samsung discounts and other offers I bought the S25 512 GB for much the same price as a S24 512GB

Lucky you.  But I want you all to know how Samsung treat us in Europe. S24 ultra cost same as S25 ultra

 Apple doesn't behave like this.
