Galaxy S25 Series Touch Screen Failing to Recognize Scrolling Gestures!

Sometimes, the touchscreen on the my Galaxy S25 Ultra fails to register scrolling gestures properly. Anyone effect this problem on Galaxy S25 series? What can i do?

Issue:

  • Some scroll inputs are completely ignored.

  • The screen sometimes detects a swipe as a tap, causing accidental clicks or abruptly stopping the scroll.

  • This problem isn't noticeable with just one or two swipes but becomes evident with continuous scrolling, as shown in the video.

Solutions I've Tried:

  • Touch sensitivity is disabled; enabling it didn’t help.

  • No case is attached.

  • Ram Plus tried.

  • No screen protector is applied.

  • Installed the latest March update.

  • Performed a fresh reinstall using Odin.

  • Updated TSP and WACOM firmware via *#2663# command.

The issue still persists.

Try diagnostics via Samsung members app. Then try if the issue manifest in safe mode. If it does contact Samsung support via Members app and let them deal with it

I tried contact with them but they recommend factory reset, but didn't work. I also goes to the service center. They said there is no problem. Maybe software related, i dont know. But it is so annoying. Also some reddit users experiencing to  this problem. I also tried safe mode but continue same problem.

I can understand how frustrating this must be. 

I appreciate you've tried quite a number of troubleshooting steps. 

Have you by any chance also tried > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ 

The scrolling gestures work as it should on my phone so I'm unsure why it's affecting some phone's 🤔

I tried safe mode, but problem continue.

I have had the same issue, I've also tried all the options posted. I think I'm going to return the phone
