GALAXY s25 and Flex

Last year the upgrade programme was replaced by Flex. I bought by S24U on Flex but have seen no mention of it with launch of S25. Does anyone have any information?

Yeah i cant see anything about it and last year support told me that i would be able to upgrade when the s25 came out

Last year Samsung introduced it. You could by a phone a bit like on a car lease. You paid over 14 or 28 months interest free and after the period you either paid off the balance or gave back phone.

The idea of Flex was to get a new phone every year hassle free. A bit like people leasing cars do, only usually 3 - 4 years in case of cars.

It looks like you have to wait 14 months. If that is the case it will help me make decision on whether to upgrade.

What's the difference between that and financing it at 0% and trading it in?

You pay a smaller amount each month with a final payment to settle the contract. It's like leasing a car if you know about that.

Yup. I've been doing it since the S10+. This is the first time there's been an issue
