The free case and charger do actually show in Your Orders if the review etc has been accepted. Came across this by accident. Just go to your original S25 order in the Samsung Shop, click on the S25 order, click on the "View More" and scroll down past the phone, free buds etc and the case/charger should be there. Mine is currently awaiting dispatch, but at least I know I'll get them at some point

Yep. Once the review is validated the gifts are added to the original order lookup section.

When you've received your S25, Samsung would send an email with a review link. Once the review is validated, they send the free duo wireless charger and case.
