Just checking..

Is the S25 ultra not supposed to come with a free earpod.. I didn't get any when my phone was delivered

If purchased from a 3rd party provider you should receive an email within the coming weeks to claim the buds

Hi @Shiffu 

In the Pre order stage there was a code that had to be applied at the checking out stage when ordering the phone. 

And then a bit later the Buds were not offered if choosing the jet black phone. 

Double check your order details. 

Then if they are there then allow approximately upto 45 days for delivery. 

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.

My pods were delivered together with my phone, but I ordered directly from Samsung so maybe a difference. I also know Sky seem to be delivering pods with the handset. Not sure about other carriers though.

With O2 network you get a code sent to you after 30days and use the code as part of the claim when ordering a pair of ear buds 3 pro from the O2 online shop.

Directly from Samsung, you needed to enter a code before purchasing. Otherwise, you may try contacting
shop.uk_SEUK shop.uk@email.support.samsung.com.

Normally, you cant afterward.

There is a possibility that the ear buds will be delivered at a later date depending on availability. Your phone could be delivered earlier than the buds due to them not being available at the time of your phone's delivery.

Check your order details in your Samsung account. Depending on when you placed your order the buds would be automatically added to your basket together with the device but may have a different delivery date.

The code had to be applied at checkout. You could try speaking to customer service but it's just pot luck if they will agree to send.
