Faulty screen S25 Ultra (green static lines)

Hi there,

I'm having issues with my S25 Ultra, as in that after a certain amount of on time and unlocking the phone, I'm greeted by small green static lines moving over the screen for a brief moment (see attached video). This doesn't really instil a lot of confidence in a phone I haven't even used outdoors yet and only having for just over 2 weeks. 

Is anybody else experiencing this? What could it be? And should I be worried about the longevity of the phone. Any help is appreciated!

      If it was software issue then all s25ultra would have had issue I have s25ultra and that doesn't show in my phone so it's faulty screen

      Thanks a lot for your extensive reply, much appreciated! This morning I've tried a factory reset with no transfer of old accounts and information. Did this after the other proposed fixes didn't work. Unfortunately the problem is still there. Samsung thus far is unwilling to take the phone back and communicated that it might be repairable under warranty. That's not acceptable for me, so still pushing back. Let's see how this gets resolved.

      It were a software issue in the firmware all S25 Ultra would have it, but it could be a software issue from an installed theme, app or settings.

      Hardware issues tends to be present on most usages. e.g. faulty WiFi chip, would stop WiFi for all apps. AppX not being able to see WiFi will indicate a software issue with the app.

      I am not ruling out a hardware issue, but I cannot say with certainty it is.

      Installed the latest software update that got released today, unfortunately the same problem returned pretty quickly. And considering that the factory reset didn't help either, I'm pretty sure it's faulty hardware. 

      What annoys me from Samsung is that they say I'm out of the return window, but I'm not trying to return the phone. I simply want it exchanged for one without any hardware issues after 2 weeks of light usage. 

      They also said that it might be repaired under warranty. I don't want a phone that already needs repairing after such a short period of usage.

      Sorry for the rant, just a bit frustrated after spending quite a bit of money 💰 on a phone and not getting the best customer experience 😕

      Just adding one more video, also to create a proof trail for Samsung. It only seems to be getting worse after the update.

          I had a similar issue 3 days ago where a green line appeared on the left hand side of the screen and the bottom half of the screen completely went grey.

          Did some troubleshooting with Samsung technical help including full reset of the phone, did not solve the issue. Samsung offered a replacement and requested I send them the device back.

          This has started to put doubts in my mind as to whether I want to continue with Samsung or not. I have been waiting for this flagship for nearly a year and within the first month of having it this started happening.
