Fast charging issues

Any one have issues with the fast charging after the update?

What's the issue you experiencing with the fast charging after update? Could you provide us a little bit more information or a screenshot, that would be helpful.

The cable only work on one side usully its work on both sides one side for the fast charger
And if i flip it will switch to the normal charge now its only work on one side with normal charge not the fast charging

When you plug in your charger does it display for few seconds fast charging and then switched to charging? If so its normal. Go to settings > battery and at the top it should say if its fast charging or normal one if it says fast charging nothing to worry about as its adjustments made by one ui.

On the other hand have you tried different cables?

No no mate its stay on the normal charging

I have the same problem after the latest update (S931BXXSBYIF). Fast charging and data transfer is only avaible on one side. 

I tried a lot of cables and chargers from Samsung and cleaned the USB port. I cleared battery settings and wiped the cache also. But it didn't solved the problem. 

The phone is only 6 month old, I don't want to take it to service.

Me to man i got it in February 2025
But my phone didnt charge fast charge even only normal charge and on one side of the cable its take to long to charge🤦‍♂️

I will take it to my friend he work in tech shop we gonna clean the port and adjust the pins of the port perhaps its work

I updated the phone on last saturday and I had the problem with the charging the day after.

I cleaned the port many times, with isopropil alcohol also. But nothing changed.

It's under warranty, but I don't want the service center to disassemble it.

Did you try the data transfer? On my phone it is not working on the slow charging side.
