Hi

I received my S25U 3 days back. In fact I was the first customer of the shop. I am quite excited, but the selfies are not impressive as its predecessors. Does the setting have anything to do?

Hello 👋 @Shaluz and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum.

If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.

I've only seen one thread as to where the owner suggested the selfie camera didn't seem improved over their last phone.

If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

I just posted a comment about this. This is my first samsung/android phone ever after coming from iPhone. I notice the selfie camera has a very very black and white tone as my girlfriend described it in low light area. It's very washed out colourless picture. Even with a lamp turned on in the corner of my room my selfie camera lacks so much colour when it's just a little bit dark.

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Customer to Customer Forum

Have you adjusted the vivid slider in display settings to vivid instead of neutral?

Samsung devices come with a lot more options to personalise compared to iPhone.

I changed from vivid to natural, which gave a satisfactory tone. The vivid was not helping owing to my dark complexion.
