Everything saving in camera folder

Anybody else have this problem where the phone saves all the media in camera folder? In my s22 everything had its own folders but now all downloaded media is going into camera too

Mines is all over too,sometimes I can't find the file I've downloaded without a major search,annoying needs the past organisational algorithms
