Downloading Personal Data : Samsung Health

Trying to download my personal data on samsung health. First stage gets complete, second (larger) stage freezes after a short period.

What do I need to do to get my own data from the app?

Try going to http://privacy.samsung.com and logging in. It should let you download everything samsung has on you. Or just select health

Hey I'm having same problem but like 100x worse as phone has been taken over you any help there or point the direct 🙏
