Greeting,

when the do not disturb mode is on, application sounds (such as sending what's app messages or typing on the keyboard) are being reproduced. In the configurations of the mode everything is turned off and I have nothing in the exceptions.

Thanks in advance.

Media sound isn't muted with do not disturb by default. So you can play videos and stuff while its still on. Those sounds you hear are via that media output. Go to the alarms and sounds settings of do not disturb and disable media sound. That should do it

Except that Samsung software, unsurprisingly, keeps turning the media exception back on. I turned it off last night and woke up to find media volume back on, even though DND was still enabled.  This company never ceases to amaze.

A work-around might be to create a Routine - when Do Not Disturb is enabled, all sound settings are minimal.
