I have just got the new S25 and taken my Sim out of my S22. I can use the S25 on WiFi but it won’t let me switch on data roaming. I can find the toggle in settings but it won’t let me turn on. Therefore I can only use the phone on WiFi. Any ideas?
Is it a connection issue? Or have I set it up wrong.

Hello 👋 @Clare64 and Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum.
Data Roaming is essentially for if you are in another country, and want to use your own Sim card / contract to connect to the foreign network.
This is usually available if supported by your network.
To connect to Mobile Data in your own country go into Settings and then Connections, Data Usage and turn On Mobile Data.

Just turned the phone off and back on again and it has connected. I was getting this issue before so perhaps it’s an O2 issue
