Charging Problem

Got the new s25 ultra, pretty decent gadget. But im facing a charging issue, like the moment I plug the cable it would charge and the next second it wont, it keeps on jumping from charging and not charging. I thought it was with my phones port, but after restarting the phone the problem resolves. It seems like I have to restart my device everytime I decide to charge it. Is there any permananent solution to this ?

Try different cables and chargers. If you have the same issue with those then it could be the phone.

My 25ultra wont superfast charge with the samsung adapter, but fast fast charging is supported by other adapter. Tried restarting, but no use.

I suggest you to try different cable and if nothing changes, then bring in to Samsung for replacement. Propably port defective.

you can try soft resetting the device, worked for me

I am having the same issue.  It didn't charge at all on my wireless charger last night.  Today, it said it was charging, but wouldn't until I rebooted.  It seems like that is the only way I can get it to charge.  It also doesn't appear to be fast charging, even with the correct setting and accessories.   Hope this is resolved with Samsung quickly as I use it for work.

I've had mine for 2 days. First charge - 0-100% took 2 hours on a brand new samsung charger 45 watt kit with 5a cable the next day it was 0-100% in 1.5 hours. This is not what I've seen on youtube videos. I run the diagnostics it says battery is good. I feel like it's a total lemon this device!

I'm having the same issue on my S25 Ultra (Jet Black, 1TB). Charger keeps connecting and disconnecting!

Me also have the same problem, when someone finds out how to resolve this,please let me know. I dont want to restart the phone every time I'll put on charge and reseting is not a way for me because i dont want to re-do all the apps again and after that to find out that is not solving the problem. L.E. I tried different cables and chargers and in my house there are 3 S25 ultra and only mine does this!

I think mine has resolved.  It appeared to have happened over the first few charge sessions, and seems to be working fine now.  I did restart it several times, and the first full charge took 5 hours!  Give it a little time and hopefully yours will resolve as well.  Good luck!
