Hi all,

Anyone able to shed any light on this bizzare behaviour 

S25 Ultra refusing to charge on and off 

OEM Samsung charger and cable ( new ) stopped charging but charges a different S25 Ultra 

Phone that stopped charging charges on a different charger and cable 

When I can get it to charge the time to full changed from 40 mins to say 116 mins

Rinse repeat cycles through working on ones that stopped and not on ones that did

Tried in different extension leads and direct to wall, same behaviour.

Had this on an S24 Ultra then morning after it resumed charging again without issues.

Anyone any idea what could be causing this bizzare issue?

1. I hope it's not a moisture issue.
2. Have you tried wipe the USB Cache?

I first thought moisturiser but checked that over and it's fine, and yes tried the Cache

Update this morning

Now it's saying moisture etc in port and to unplug immediately

Ports clean & dry 🤦

Turn phone off, then Plug into a computer. Hold power and volume up buttons keep holding until bootloader screen appears. Use volume buttons to go to wipe partition cashe and press the power button. Then power on device this is a known fix for this 🙂

After I wireless charges it earlier it's now charging back on the cable etc it refused to charge on, so definitely just a glitch in the software

Back to not charging again, moisture warning 🤦

A new device is being sent out to replace it
