Samsung cancelled my order but still charged me and delivered half the stuff since the free buds 3 was scheduled to arrive a month later. Without checking the order status I've been using the phone for a while and now samsung won't complete my full order or even give me my free starter kit with it. And they want me to send back the S25 Ultra and Deduct 20% off me for something they caused themselves.
Samsung support is the worst, samsung has better phones and better deals but Apple support is miles better hence why more people stick to apple as well.
I was really looking forward to my switch from apple to samsung just for them to cancel my order and charge me for only half of whay was in my basket
Did they state why they cancelled the order? Also this is just a community forum you really need to speak to samsung themselves in order to resolve this.
Yeah they said some security checks on their behalf. However, everything should be okay as I placed an order before with the same details so doesn't make sense. And yes I've contacted samsung directly and they're unable to solve this issue, hence why I said samsung support is the worst
I've contacted them a few times about it already, on chat the support said its okay dont worry about it, on email the support said I should get a refund and to place a new order, on phone they said i should've already gotten my money back. The refund shouldve been issues on the 30th January. I pre ordered the phone and been using it since 1st February. So even if I do send it back they'll charge me 20% deduction, it isnt fair
