I have the S25 ultra. I keep having a problem when incoming calls half ring and go straight to vm. Do not disturb is off. No apps are blocking calls. Calls are not set to forward.(using Samsung phone app) Outgoing and text are fine.  I even had Verizon troubleshoot activated a new eSIM worked for 24 hours now have the same problem.

While troubleshooting i wanted to make sure Wi-Fi calling was set to prioritize mobile but cant find that setting anywhere. So for the time being I've turned off WI-FI calling. To see if that helps. Anyone have any other suggestions?

As was already suggested, clear the cache for the entire phone.

I would think the issue might not be the phone but with your provider.

Go back to Verizon support and ask them to look at again as it worked and then stopped. Also post in US forum as you are in UK one

Hi! Welcome to the samsung members community!!

Please note this could be down to your provider itself, unrelated to the phone.

However; let's try this
Connect your phone to a PC/laptop/usbc headset 1. Turn off the device. 2. Press and hold the Volume Up key and Power key. 3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys. 4. An "Installing system update" message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear. 5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight "clear cache partition". 6. Press the Power key to select. 7. Press the Volume down key to highlight "Yes," then press the Power key to select. 8. When the process is complete, "Reboot system now" is highlighted. Boot again and see if this helps

Have you spoken to Verizon? This is the UK forum so you might be better off asking this question in your USA forum? Do you have any numbers blocked?

Yes, Verizon  issued the new eSIM after troubleshooting. Even though I had no blocked numbers I cleared blocked numbers anyway. And Verizon cant help much beyond that as I bought this unlocked phone directly from Samsung.

Not sure how I ended up in the UK forum. I'll try the US.  Thanks.
