@Trigger23: If the problem with your camera was present during Safe mode, and the Diagnostics has flagged an issue, then I recommend arranging for your phone to be inspected and repaired by an authorised Samsung engineer under warranty. To do so, please open the Samsung Members app and head to Support > Repair service > Find a service centre. Alternatively, head to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Contact us, and reach out to our Support Team via your preferred channel.
While I do appreciate that you have reservations about performing a factory data reset, I recommend backing up your data and running through this process, as it is something which is carried out as part of the inspection and repair process, and may resolve your issue without having to book and inspection. To do so, please following the link below and follow the steps provided.
I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Hi @Trigger23
This looks like the phone has a hardware fault and repair will necessary.
Please DO a backup before doing anything else. You could use SmartSwitch to do a full backup. If you use WhatsApp or similar messaging app, please backup them individually, they will not be backup by SmartSwitch.
