Call recording problem on S25 Ultra

My samsung galaxy s25 ultra don't have calls recorded how can l recorded phone calls if l don't have it on my phone

Why isn't anyone from samsung answering those concerns!

 I tried calling Samsung support but I think Samsung employs their support employees just to say they have support,  the support staff are clueless to say the least.

For many years i have been a proud Samsung user but now  am questioning my brand loyalty.

Have been recording all my calls with mid-tier Xiaomi for 5 years. Absolutely necessary for my job as my brain capacity is getting worse. Now after buying the top-tier Samsung... it doesn't work. Pathetic.
