Bixby lab

Hi guys, I can't find bixby lab on my s25 ultra. I'm soliciting for assistance to enable it. Most expecially the create phrase new features

I think this is a region locked feature, As I couldn't find it on mine either so I asked AI/Google and all results came up for USA.

I found it - change your bixby language settings to USA English and the labs setting just appears.
