Beta software

I looked the beta program, kept clicking the options, not intending to download it but it's started. What can I do to stop the download? I do not want to be on the Beta

Since my latest software I have Internet, yet in a 4/5 g area I can't send messanger texts but can recieve them, also I can send n recieve on what's app,I type in a name on fb & it states that I'm unable to connect. I have been into my local ee shop n they can't seem to see what's wrong as they been through the settings n they say everything is as it should be on phone,

You don't just stumble upon the download.
But now you have started the download you have no option but to go through with it.
Its a bit of a process, but you can leave the Beta program after download

I didnt stumble on it, I was looking for information on it. Went through the options, then clicked continue and then it started.

You have to install the beta, leave the program, then use a computer to wipe your device and downgrade it. You cannot leave the beta and not reset your phone

You are stuck at this point. The download will not disappear even if you leave the beta program through the members app. If you install it you have 2 options. You can stay on the beta till the final stable version comes out or install it and then leave the beta. Leaving the beta once installed will wipe your phone data. You might be able to backup your phone through smart switch before you install it. Another option maybe to ignore the beta download untill the stable version comes out then install the beta then you should be able to install the the stable version. The last option hasn't been tried though.
