Advice and Help with a Genuine Serious Question Please Help

Hello Everyone, Genuinely Really need some advice and help with my situation if you can please.

As many of you have probably read here on Members already there have been issues with 'Sports From Google' not appearing in the Now Bar on the S25 Ultra and other devices for that matter.

I have read and read and tried and tried to resolve my issue yet I am still not able to use this feature due to it just not being there to select.

Now I transferred data from my old S22 Ultra to my S25 Ultra rather than do a fresh clean set up and other than assuming that this could be the only reason for not having this feature I can not resolve or find a solution how to have and appreciate this feature.

Does anyone suggest a complete hard reset? My trouble is I have all my apps set up, my banking app plus many more and will have to go through an awful lot of pain to reinstall and set everything back up again, some of the things I have tried just do not resolve and to name a few I have cleared Cache/Data in storage in Google app and in AOD, Rebooted numerous times, I have followed teams in the Google app and all settings are correct, I know others are experiencing this issue but there doesn't appear to be an update or a fix coming, which leaves me only to have to face a complete Hard Reset, does anyone have any information, ideas, resolve, dates or other that could steer me away from doing a Hard Reset as a last resort in order to get this feature showing and working please

I don't think missing sports from Google merits a factory reset.

Did you configure the sports from google settings ? If you dont choose any teams or leagues it will never show up lol. You also have to have certain notifications and stuff turned on before you can use it

Personalised sesrch and web activity needs to be turned on too..

Yes all done on Google, it's really weird and appreciate you getting back so promptly, trouble is in the screenshots you show i don't even have the 'Sports From Google' feature to select from, my list starts with Maps (second option down in your screenshot) I've tried everything

Yes Both are turned on, it's driving me crazy.

Weird probly some bug from samsung or googles end. I personally wouldnt factory reset because of it.

Also go into apps - google - notification categories and make sure 'sports' is enabled

I agree but I can't think of any other way, reading on different forums posters confirm there were issues with this on the S25 but have been resolved and that it was users on previous models that were experiencing problem, this just isn't the case and I'm still stuck with the issue

Hi Abravenewworld can you tell me where this is please in your screenshot? Is it in the Google app itself or are you referring to apps on the device? I can't seem to find what your referring to.

In the device settings itself not google.. first open settings, goto notifications, advanced settings, then at the bottom it will say 'manage notification categories for each app' turn that on.

After goto 'apps' section in the devices settings, search google, click on notifications then notification categories and check if sports is enbaled.
