Decided to try out some LOG video recording whilst walking the dog today... The video below is purely to test it, and to start learning how to edit etc. hopefully I can post my progress and improvements....

I wanted to shoot in 4k 24fps (pro video) but my biggest mistake was locking the shutter speed at 1/50 (following the 180 rule) but totally forgot to use an external/clip on ND filter to compensate! So the highs are completely blown out and some footage straight up looks RUBBISH, but this is my user error.

I hope to test further to improve my skills...any advice welcome.

I've made some further discoveries, that make the colors really pop.
In the PDF whitepaper found on this page: https://developer.samsung.com/mobile/samsung-log-video.html  (3. Samsung Log Profiles and LUT), and on page 7 in the PDF-file you'll see that "The color space is defined according to ITU-R BT.2020-2 color primaries and color space."
ITU-R BT.2020-2 is the same as Rec.2020.
In the PowerGrade from UMARNAQ he's set the Input Color Space to P3-D65, which is wrong. Furthermore, he hasn't set the correct Output Color Space and Output Gamma, which should be Rec.709 and Gamma 2.4.

So what you need to do get the correct color space, is click on the CST node and set it like this:

It's almost identical to Apple ProRes LOG settings, except that the Input Gamma for S25 Ultra LOG footage should be "Sony S-Log3", and for Apple it should be "Apple Log".
