Work sheet in Excel spreadsheet deleted in error. How can l restore it?

How do l restore a worksheet in Excel Spreadsheet when it's been deleted in error.

I use Android Galaxy s24+

If its not saved in the cloud backup, nor files or the "bin" you cant to my understanding

Agree with @johnz237 if you delete a sheet within a workbook and you've come out of said workbook, you cannot go back......

Unless.....

Is version control still a thing?
