Wi-fi Sharing Missing

After recent update I cannot turn Wi-fi and Hotspot on at the same time

Mobile Hotspot and Tethering

Mobile Hotspot

Click Band

Advanced

Wifi Sharing

It states that I have to have my Auto Hotspot to On always
