Which Country get first Update?

  Well, I have S24 Ultra - SM-928B (International/Global vers.) My main CSC is XOM and secondary is ACR (Ghana). I decided to change my CSC secondary code.

  I am interested in which CSC code (in the country) the update starts for the first time on the global version?

Not sure who and when actually gets it firsts, but in any case Samsun's updates and fixes are managed in the most inefficient manner possible.

check the model code in sammobile and fimd which are all the countries that use the same model number.
then choose from that list and flash the complete firmware including csc.
