You'll have to buy the S 25vif you want the Ui7. The S24 series won't receive it till end of April or longer. Sammobile.com site has the latest news today on why the update has been pushed back even further possibility to May 25.

I read this earlier, simple answer is who knows. you'd need to purchase the S25 if you want it now or wait till the release that nobody can answer when.
