Am I the only one encountering this problem on the newest update of WhatsApp business on the S24 ULTRA 1TB?I can't share a photo or upload one on my status, only videos. If I try selecting a photo to share to someone or to my status, the app crashes or it remains stuck on a blank page.

Force close the app, clear the app cache, if nothing helps, report this to WhatsApp.

I already did that, their support is terrible. I restarted my phone and all, I force closed the app, didn't work still

Hi there, @CeeBee24. It's definitely unusual that you've been unable to share photos from your app. I understand that this has occurred after you updated the app. If you haven't already done so, I recommend clearing the app cache for WhatsApp Business:

As WhatsApp Business is a third-party app (from our position, at least), we're limited in the support that we can offer.

However, if clearing the cache doesn't help, I'm very confident that the app developer will be able to advise you further.

Therefore, I'd recommend loading the WhatsApp Business app listing on the Google Play Store. This will show you the app details, customer reviews, and other information related to the app.

On this listing, you will see App support: there will be a website link, an email address, and a physical address listed. Please use the email address provided to liaise with the aforementioned developer, explaining the issues you've encountered with sharing photos on the app. The developer will be in touch with you with some next steps.

You may also be able to find a solution via WhatsApp's Help sections online.
