Hi. I bought my s24 ultra in September. And , I still haven't had the update. It's still on the January update. It's like my old s21 ultra. Can anyone help? please

Where did you buy your phone from? Was it directly from Samsung, or network provider? Or it was online like amazon's or places like marketplace etc?

Thanks for the reply. I bought it from AO.com. my carrier is giffgaff. I've checked for the update.and it's still not available to me.

If you go under settings > about phone > software information what this section says as it might be not UK CSC code 1731679768487.jpg

Your CSC code is from Czech it's not UK.
