Does anyone know when One UI 7 will be released for the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra? I've been looking forward to the update and all the new features it might bring.

@coolstar: I can confirm that the Galaxy S24 Ultra is eligible to receive the One UI 7/Android 15 update, which will begin rolling out in Q1 of this year. If you head to Settings > Software update > Auto download over Wi-Fi, then you will be set up to receive the update as soon as it is made available by your network.

And nobody on this thread had any issue with this update if you go to other Samsung s23 ultra / s24 ultra you will see hundreds if not thousands of complaints that they lost their Network outside. The only thing they can use these phones with is an indoor wireless network or public network with password, some have found solution by disabling 5G and running on 4G but it's weak. There's thousands upon thousands of people complaining on quora and Reddit also I am a victim as soon as version 7 downloaded I lost everything my phone only works in my apartment when I go outside it's useless tried all kinds of methods to fix it it's something in the hardware I think the antenna and Samsung is aware but they're not doing anything I think the software caused the hardware issue

Since updating to UI7 several days ago, I am unable to get into my S24 Ultra…. Swipe pattern is not being recognized, facial recognition and pass code options are not even available. I cannot do anything but receive calls. Even hard reset is not working… Samsung Customer Service not helpful at all on this…… WTF…

@GR5741: I'm sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue following the One UI7 update. As a troubleshooting step, please try wiping the cache partition of the device by following the steps below, to see if this allows you to regain access to your S24 Ultra.
1. Power off your device, and wait for your device to turn off completely
2. Plug-in a USB-C data cable connected to your PC
3. Press Volume Up + Power buttons together until you see the Samsung logo, then release. The device will boot into Recovery mode
4. Use the Volume Up and Down button to navigate through the menu, and the Power button to select & confirm an option
5. Navigate to 'Wipe cache partition' , select & confirm it, and follow the step it advises
6. Navigate to ‘Reboot system now’ and select it. Your device will reboot as normal.
If the problem persists, then please be assured that you can arrange for an authorised Samsung engineer to unlock the device for you, however you will need a copy of your proof of purchase to verify ownership, as the issue relates to a security feature. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
