Hi team , before I updated I had occasional stutter in the UI when going out of an app and straight to home screen, turned off ram boost and it cured it , no more stutter , just updated and that bit of stutter is back , seen it twice now on my phone swipe out of an app to home and it stutters a bit , ram boost is still off to , tbh I'm pretty disappointed, one thing that really p****s me off is stutter , makes a device feel cheap ! I've clear cache partition too 😕

I have ram boost turned off also and updated yo the recent software, but I'm not seeing the stutters you are although I do appreciate we see different things sometimes.

Perhaps let the update settle for a day or two and then see what happens @Edgie70

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

Thanks , yeah I will do , turning off the ram boost sorted it before the update , it's still off but seen it a couple of times , hopefully it'll go ok 🤞🏻

I'm assuming you're talking about RAM plus? Not sure how this would affect this though, as RAM plus is just to allow your device to use storage as RAM (albeit slower than actual RAM). Are you RAM usage quite high?

Yeah sorry I mean ram plus , that was on and I had the same issue, turned it off and my phone was great , suddenly after updating I got this stutter again , I'm gonna see how it goes , apparently after an update it can take a couple of days to settle ?

Enable developer options and remove all animations, that will make everything snappy.

Consider clearing all of your apps cache by using files by Google. Also, try clearing the system ui cache. That should help a bit.

Gotcha , it's been ok today so far since I woke this morning at 7am so I'll try that UI cache if it does it again , thanks
