Since the update released everyone around me with same model of my phone they got to the update but I haven't got it so does anyone know what's the problem?

Post a screenshot from settings/about phone /software information and also where you based. Then we'll all have an educated guess as to why

Delete that just in case- ONLY share the "Service provider software version"

Where did you get the phone from

I got the phone from the UK very used a software on my PC to change it to Saudi Arabia

That change caused it to be stuck on very old firmware. Put it back to how it was and try with smartswitch pc software

Do I need to use the same software that I used to change it? ( I used SamFW)

Yes. Reversing it should help, hopefully, with restoring OTA

Yaaay I've done it, took me a bit to find the UK code in SamFW, but it works perfectly rn
