UI 7 for S24 Ultra

Where on earth is UI 7 and android 15 for S24 series? By the time we receive android 15 on our phones, pixel users will be using android 16 on their phones. This is getting ridiculous and I regret buying S24 ultra.

One UI7 has been redesigned and developed from the bottom up. It isn't a simple upgrade.

I'm a software engineer, so please don't school me on what I know! I need a feature that's MIA in the current UI, and I'm just curious when Samsung will finally bless my phone with an update.

Samsung is being really rude by not saying anything about this all. Ignoring everyone is not good customer service at all
Yes, Android 16 will be out early in the summer this year, while Samsung would still be updating older models.

What exactly would you like Samsung to say?

"We are working on creating a stable Samsung One UI7, bulky from the ground up offering a smooth and enhanced use experience for eligible devices and will release it in a manageable phased manner when ready?"

Isn't this what they already do?

Telling customers you'll release it when it's ready is like saying dinner will be served when the chef feels like it. Samsung needs a deadline, or they'll be stuck in the kitchen forever!

Can't make a deadline when something isn't ready.

There is no benefit for Samsung to delay so as soon as it is ready, it will be released.

No point you complaining further about it.. Samsung have their methods and whilst you may be frustrated, the majority of users would rather wait until the software is stable.

That's as far as this goes I'm afraid.

Your restaurant analogy is a perfect example, actually.

Let's imagine the chef brought out a rushed and undercooked meal. Customers would lose their minds.

If you want fast food (stock Android), Google is your go to. If you want Michelin Star meals (One UI), you need to wait for Samsung to cook.

Samsung is like a turtle in a race; still waiting for Android 15 while others zoom past! That's how incompetent they are!!

Time to switch to Pixel perhaps? If you want updates as fresh as they get, then Pixel is your best bet.
