After Amazon failed to deliver my new Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 512, twice, due to the driver stealing it, I'm now planning on buying it directly from Samsung once I have gotten my money back from Amazon.
Will packages send by Samsung be stolen too or will they actually arrive?

And to add, to above, that I never had issues with either Samsung or Amazon delivering high value items safely

I've had all my phones delivered directly by Samsung UK using DpD with no issues @PaulKrawitz
They also deliver any accessories I purchase from Samsung UK.
Downloading the DpD app allows for updates, and they should send a pin number to you to provide the DpD driver to confirm who you are.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Because I wanted to know how much more secure Samsung is in it's delivery, compared to Amazon.

@PaulKrawitz: I absolutely understand your trepidation. All I can do is assure you that Samsung provide tracking services from the moment your order leaves the warehouse, and DPD, our logistics partner, will send you a security PIN for high value items, which you will need when signing for the recorded delivery. If you would like to find out more, please take a look at the link below.
