Things that define a flagship in your opinion

Improvements
Consistent AI use, having both Gemini and Bixby—but the main is now Gemini, with restrictions on some features Bixby can perform. I understand this is a security measure.

Well UI software, as good and enjoyable as I find it. I can see there potential for more.
Same with the cameras.
Be great to get an integrated S Pen into the Z Fold phone.
Getting Bluetooth back on the S Series S Pen would be great 👀 cough cough

Wish there was someway to get the Iris scanning unlock again that we had a few years ago

Basically the most important featues have been mentioned, certainly a flagship needs to have a quality and a premium feel, the latest tech and a high resolution display with the finest visuals.   The best specifications need for cameras and need to be constant advancements in that area.  Whilst AI nowadays any subscriptions need to worth the benefit (not sure that is the case at present considering the premium cost of devices).

Whilst a number would like more timely updates and would like to see improvements in that area stable releases are paramount.

Then SoC for optimisation of the software and everything else.
