Text to speech in messaging app

Everytime I use text to speech to send a text then hit send it will retype it in the message box making me have to delete the whole sentence before typing my next message

I tried on my S24U and had the same result, but it added some extra stuff. I think that it is some AI not being very I.

However, it you hide the keyboard before sending the message, the text does not reappear on the message input field after sending the message.
