Hi @Rawess
You are not the first to want to discuss how the optimisation for taken photographs works on the phone.
If you perform a forum search you should find existing threads with some further help and discussion within.
It can be adjusted to minimum but nit fully turned Off.
This forum is a predominantly a user to user help and discuss forum.
To give direct feedback to Samsung I'd suggest to use that option located within the Samsung Members App.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

I hope we won't wait for the last update to improve the camera. I mean the last upgrade after 7 years. Just kidding 😋

Disable Samsung Gallery picture and video permissions. This will stop all the post processing. But this will not allow you to use the app. The hack for it is to give gallery limited permission to only one photo you don't care about. This will allow you to use it to edit photos but will still keep the post processing off to all other photos and videos.
if you don't close the app it stays and you can access Gallery from camera app. I mostly keep my Gallery and camera app open anyway. I really like the editing from Gallery but this post processing just ruined my sunset photos with unreasonable saturation.
