Trying to update my s24 plus and it shows system update 15 , but it will not work! Gets stuck on like 3% and then gives me error code 412.

Yes Atlanta georgia, verizon, s24 ultra, over the air update using cellular and or wireless either one same problem

Android 15 January update keeps failing, error code 500. I am Verizon in Las Vegas, NV. Windows 11 24H2. Tried the Verizon/Samsung Update Assistant. My phone doesn't show up for the app, but I can transfer photos and stuff no problem. I've been trying to get this installed for over a week now.

Update: I loaded up Samsung SmartSwitch on my laptop and phone and processed the update successfully from there although it took about an hour

I am having the same problem, even tried on wifi, 4G and 5G! It started working and got to 97% then stopped.

I had error 407 412 500 tried for 2 days 17 attempts same result.  Loaded smartswitch on pc and loaded update on my s24+  and it took an hour and loaded. After reboot it showed still system 14 and all updates were up to date not showing an update to 15 and no updates avail still system 14

I'm having an issue with my Galaxy S24+. When I'm downloading the version 15 update. It stops immediately and gives me error 500. I've reset my phone, reset settings. Still nothing

I have the samsung galaxy s24 ultra  and have been having same problem for days then I tried using the smart switch app with my laptop and it worked so it finally installed you might want to try and see if it works for you
