System/security update

Trying to update my s24 plus and it shows system update 15 , but it will not work! Gets stuck on like 3% and then gives me error code 412.

I would presume if you are in the US the Samsung members app should automatically do it for you.

Same with me  tried multiple times took 5 hours just to go to 40 percent I said screw it and canceled it

This is happening to me as well.  I get a 407 code and then another one.  I've called and visited Verizon and made 2 calls to Samsung and took my phone to an authorized dealer!  Not fixed!
