Stuck on One UI 6

Hi guys

I have got a replacement of my s24 ultra from the insurance company which is not giving me any update option

It is stuck on on ui 6 android 14 and saying that my phone is update 

Has anyone else had this issue and resolved it somehow 

Please help me too

I've got a replacement from the insurance company
I bought the first one from Samsung but that one got smashed so claimed this one from the insurance and now it's not updating
I've told the insurance company they kept it for a week and send it back saying they've done the diagnosis and nothings wrong.
Now I don't know what to do

I don't know if u can still get the carphone warehouse sims anymore

Install smart switch on your pc. Connect the phone to the pc via USB, shut the phone down, hold volume up and volume down for a while, release when you see a new/blue screen. If it's been more than 20 seconds, something isn't right, lemme know. Assuming you are at the new screen, do what it says to fully enter download mode. On your pc, open smart switch, press the 3 dots top right, press emergency software recovery, follow the steps.

That should reinstall the latest version of android onto your device

You do not need a carphone warehouse SIM. The firmware might related to CPW, but any UK SIM will do.

I've got a UK sim in it already makes no difference
