Sometimes calls don't get connected when I try to make a call. I have to turn on airplane mode on/off and then it works. Anybody else?
Thanks on the help! S24 Ultra owner.

Best to call your network.
You may also wish to perform a Reset Mobile Network Settings to clear any gremlins on your device.

A good troubleshooting step to rule out the sim card is to use the sim card in another phone and then see what happens @Adi0
Also try the sim card in the ²nd sim slot.

Hi @Adi0
I have not had that issue with the phone app. However, it happens on WhatsApp. The phone reports 5G, but WhatsApp complains that it cannot make the call. The browser cannot open the search page. I set the phone on flight mode and turn off again and things seems to work. So, I think that it is not crazy to think that there is some issues with the phone on how it handles the handshake.
Network coverage is not the best in the UK, but usually, it is quite good in the cities and towns. I am with one of the main mobile network which should have good coverage in the city.
Have you reported the issue on the Samsung Members app?
