Smarttag AR issue with S24+/Ultra

Unfortunately there's quite a few issues with the S24 phones and UI 6.1 still (even after the recent update which fixed the Vivid display issue), one of which being that the Augmented Reality UWB camera location function of the SmartTag2 (within the SmartThings app) is not working/appearing on S24+/S24Ultra phones which works absolutely fine on the S23 and below phones with UWB and running UI 6.0

All S24+ and Ultra owners have this problem, it's a SmartThings/Smarttag/Camera issue which affects all owners of the S24

I see in that at the moment AR (phone to find Smarttag2). The S24 ultra is not supported.. yet? I contacted samsung, but no satisfactory response! Does anybody know if or when Samsung will remedy this, please?

I have just got this from Samsung

Hey Dave, your report is still under review. We advise sending a fresh report with more info so we can send this over again.

At present the engineers are finding no issues and cannot replicate the issue on the S24+.

So if anyone else is having this issue please report it in your members area of errors under bluetooth.

So basically a BS copy and paste response from them (Samsung) where they pretend they haven't found an issue (probably not even looking at the right thing because they didn't actually read what you said the issue is)

They completely ignore the many, many customer reports about the AR camera UWB issues and try to imply there's no issue that they can find/see

Seems that way, so I told them if this is the case, they will have to replace both mine and my wife phones.... no response to that yet!

So the question is.... are Samsung EVER going to acknowledge and fix this issue? At the moment it doesn't look like they are, just fobbing us off and lying to us ("I'll pass that on to the development team")

Honestly, it almost feels like they are evading the answer very purposefully. While at the same time it seems impossible for it to be this difficult to implement.

Reeks of an ongoing lawsuit or some regulation bs that prevents them both from talking about it and flipping the switch on any new models.
