Hello @alpha8197 and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum 👋
Is this a brand new phone > If so look at swapping it out. But do look at the troubleshooting steps i mention below. 👍
Some people when the phone was first launched had a grey banding effect.
If you perform a forum search you may find existing threads with some further help or guidence within.
Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.
If you have fitted a screen protector then consider removing it.
Is it possible to take a photo using another device, and load it up here in your thread 🤔 so we can see what's going On.
You can send this as feedback directly to Samsung via your Samsung Members App too for samsung to analyse.
I assume there's no wear and tear on the screen from having anything in your pockets.
A troubleshooting step is to launch your phone app and then in the phone dialer type in *#0*# ,and this will bring up a number of tests to try.
One being some colour test panels.
Which you can cycle through a few times to see if this is a stuck pixel issue.
You can as some further steps try >
- Safe Mode > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict. Alternatively long press the power off button and then long hold on Turn Off to get to Safe Mode.
- Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }
Ultimately a Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone if necessary > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

This is a well-documented issue if you'd like to call it with the S24 series and as you may have noticed only can be seen in low light conditions on certain backgrounds.
The fix is basically just not using your phone in those conditions.
If its very bad and you are still under warranty maybe try swapping it out for a new phone although there is no guarantee it won't have the same issue.
If everything else is fine I'd say just dont use your phone under those settings .
Its something to do with the new anti glare display.
You could possibly read about it on lots of posts here or on reddit when the phone first came out.
Its same with the banding effect some people have on grey backgrounds which I do.
Yours is the grain effect if you wanna look it up.
Enjoy your phone as it's a great phone if not for those two annoying issues.

About the warranty part apparently Samsung would probably come back and say it's like that unless it's very bad bad.
There is no harm in trying.
But as I said before it's a known issue of the grainy screen and banding and given the phone is almost a year old now I doubt you would have much luck.
Maybe if able just trade-in for the s25 series or just enjoy the phone and dont use them in extreme low light conditions.

Even though its been a year the prices haven't changed, Samsung should look into this without leaving their customers with a bad display.
And also will this spread??
