Dear Samsung Community Team,

I hope this message finds you well. Unfortunately, I recently lost my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra due to theft. I’m reaching out to seek any advice or suggestions on what steps I can take to resolve this situation.

Would it be possible to explore any goodwill gestures, such as discounts or offers, to help me replace the phone? I’d greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance you can provide.

Thank you for your time and support.

Kind regards,

Can't really comment on getting a new one but I can certainly offer advice for the stolen device. Don't remove it from your Samsung and Google account, enable lost mode via Samsung find and a remote factory reset. Doing that means whoever has it can't use it and it's basically just worth parts

Lost mode does this, remote factory reset wipes all your data. Even if you can't track it or get it back, might as well make them using it as hard as possible

You can also use Google find my device to report it stolen and factory reset it. It can alsoocate where it is if it's on a mobile network.

Dear Firdawsb,
I hope this messages finds you well, I Am incredibly apologetic about ur current situation this is current state of this country due to unfortunate circumstances.
Now let me offer you some sound advice by stating some obvious things here: I'm assuming this has taken place in the UK, as this is the UK forums, if yes Please file crime incident report and gain a reference number (You will need this to reference your crime to relevant partys) by ringing the Police and reporting the incident. If you haven't already done so,
Secondly report this to any relevant companies:ie if the phone is on contract 3 or EE( you might have Insurance linked to that device through contract) and
Thirdly finally Your Bank some Banks accounts come with Insurance for devices Such Premium Accounts Etc) explain the situation if your Under any of these protection plans should help with getting the device replaced. Lastly if your device is still linked to your Samsung or Google Account like above posts mention you CAN secure wipe it Only If the Options where ENABLED before the device being stolen. If not the options you have will be limited. Although please try and pursue this to at least Remove any personal Data from Device so Third parties cannot access it. Again my sympathy and apologies for your circumstance.
Wishing you the best of luck on this. 🙏

Greetings, @firdawsb.

I'm incredibly sorry to hear that you've had your S24 Ultra stolen. Do you have an active Samsung Care+ policy, by any chance?

I'd also recommend that you take a look on SmartThings Find, this can be found on the link below:

https://smartthingsfind.samsung.com/login

This may enable you to locate the phone, and as others have mentioned, to place it into Lost mode.

Kind Regards,
