I am not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, or this may be the discovered bug why the update was pulled. I updated last week to android 15, phone is on T-Mobile. For the most part the phone seems fine, but since the update the screen randomly freezes. I am not sure what triggers it, but when it happens the navigation buttons don't respond to any press along with the rest of the screen. I am able to swipe down both notification and settings, but nothing responds to touch. The power button also still works and brings up the power menu. Initially, when updated the power button is remapped to Gemini, I have since change it back.
Anyway, to get my phone working again, I have to hold the volume up and power for around 10 seconds until it restarts. Is anyone else experiencing this ?

Got a 500MB patch 2 days ago. I'm hoping this fixes the issue. Time will tell

I finally took the plunge and upgraded to one ui 7 BYC9 build. I am having the same issue, the screen will randomly freeze. The app does not register touches but the home button works occasionally and allows me to minimize the frozen app screen but that is it.
I then factory reset the phone to ensure no old apps or files were the culprit. Unfortunately no change, it still occurs, though now it will at random times becomes responsive again after a minute or so.

Hey all. For those of you experiencing continuous issues with the new update, please send in an error report via the Samsung Members app, so that our engineers can look into the cause. You can do this by opening the app > Support > Send feedback. When doing so, please be sure to include the error log.

Yeah it's actually very annoying. I found that taking a screenshot unfreezes the screen. So that's my work around for now

Update didn't fix the issue, but it seems to be less frequent now. I found using the side keys to take a screenshot unfreezes the screen and it starts responding again.

Tried this, it only responds touch on the temporary bar, after that it stops again. What works for me is connecting a USB wired or wireless mouse and disconnecting.

This happened to me today on my A54. Only the top and bottom of the phone was responsive. I could drop down the notification shade or seeings but none of their contents were responsive. Also i could swipe up from the bottom. I couldn't even restart the phone. After about 5 to 10 minutes it came back to life. However I restarted the device at that.
