Samsung S24 screen burn

I have owned my Samsung S24 Ultra for 2 months and I have what it looks like screen burn.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I have never dropped my phone or dropped anything on it. 

Samsung are collecting today to inspect.

That looks more like a mark on the screen itself then screen burn. If it was screen burn you would see images on the screen while turned on. Like in the image I have posted.

Unless the picture is missing something that looks nothing like screen burn. A scratch or a mark to the display is more likely. Do you have a screen protector on ?

Looks like a scratch and you don't see screen burn with the screen off

I thought it might be screen burn as it is smooth where the mark is and I honestly have not dropped the phone or dropped anything on it. Ive seen a few posts on here with the same problem

As already pointed out, it's impossible to see screen burn when the device is off. What you've posted is something else entirely.

Hi. Thanks for getting back to me. In all the years I have owned mobile phones I have never seen a mark on the screen like that. Its smooth to touch with no signs of impact. Ive never dropped my phone in the 2 months of owning it and not made the mistake of puutting my phone in my pocket with keys

Could be anything. A fault with the anti reflective coating? Hopefully, Samsung will fix it.
