It's not the bar you'd normally see when Samsung Wallet is turned on @Donse11
It's the hints bar to show where to swipe up when gestures instead of buttons navigation is activated.
Now in previous phone's one could turn that off but currently with the new s²⁴ Series it can't.
There are previous similar posts on the forum from others about this too.
I'd suggest to also send feedback via your Samsung Members App.

@Donse11 you can use Goodlock and it's Plug in called Navstar to make the hints bar alot smaller and transparent.

It is available.. but you have to configure it as below
Open Wallet, Then use Menu section and use the settings icon on the top right.. Settings>>Quick Access>>Swipe Up gesture
Then configure it as per your preference.
