Hey, got the s24 ultra today, but the samsung pay/ wallet swipe up shortcut is not going away. I have disabled and uninstall, then reinstalled, but it's still there and not going away. It's the grey bar at the bottom of the screen. This is then affecting the swipe gestures for the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. Anyone else having the same issue?

Yes definitely, grey bar needs to go, such an inconvenience.

It's not the bar you'd normally see when Samsung Wallet is turned on @Donse11

It's the hints bar to show where to swipe up when gestures instead of buttons navigation is activated.

Now in previous phone's one could turn that off but currently with the new s²⁴ Series it can't.

There are previous similar posts on the forum from others about this too.

I'd suggest to also send feedback via your Samsung Members App.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care.  😎

Thank you. It just looks like the swipe up shortcut to wallet. But that makes sense as it goes away when the on screen navigation buttons are there. With the swipe up gesture, to get recent apps, does not work correctly, but thinking that may just be because of that bar at the bottom. I have raised it on Members, through feedback, so hopefully get a response. Navigation buttons also don't seem transparent like they are on the s23U. Very strange.

You can set the bar in the wallet app itself. You can set it so the bar doesn't appear on any screen, I just have it appearing on the lock screen, you can also change its transparency.

Thanks, but it appears it may not be from the wallet app, as per @BandOfBrothers response. When the buttons are on screen, the bar at the bottom does not show, only when you use swipe gestures it shows.

Yes @Donse11 that's what I've said 👍

@Donse11 you can use Goodlock and it's Plug in called Navstar to make the hints bar alot smaller and transparent.

It is available.. but you have to configure it as below
Open Wallet, Then use Menu section and use the settings icon on the top right.. Settings>>Quick Access>>Swipe Up gesture
Then configure it as per your preference.
